Child-Friendly Yoga Sequence with Mantras

This week, I'm providing you with a yoga sequence that corresponds with an article and printable from at I'm demonstrating this as a yoga flow sequence, however you may want to focus on only one pose while counting your breaths, or move slower from pose to pose, to help your child learn to move and calm their body. Recite the mantras to give your child confidence and meaning for each pose. As always, have fun!
